Employer Engagement Program

The Employer Engagement Program (EEP) is a program offered by Church World Service, a nonprofit organization based in Jersey City that provides services to refugees resettling in New Jersey.   With this program, we partner with businesses who are interested in providing their employees opportunities to increase their language abilities as well as their job skills so that they can succeed in the workplace.  We offer English classes, and a variety of workshops tailored to your needs (digital literacy, customer service skills, cultural orientation, etc).  This program is entirely FREE, at no cost to you or your eligible* employees.

*the program is available only for ORR-eligible employees.  ORR-eligible refers to eligibility guidelines determined by the Office of Refugee Resettlement, which is the funder for the Employer Engagement Program.  We can help you determine eligibility!
