For 138 years, the Hudson Chamber's Annual Business Meeting has been one of its largest gatherings of executives, elected officials, business owners, and civic leaders. Each year, we convene the business community to provide an inside look at the accomplishments of the Chamber and our members over the past year, as well as our vision for the future. 

Keynote Speaker: Kathryn Garcia, Port Authority

Executive Director

Port Authority Executive Director Kathryn Garcia will address the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce as keynote speaker of its Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 12. It marks her first major address in New Jersey since taking the role in February.The ticketed lunch event and business-to-business expo will take place at The Westin Jersey City Newport, 479 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310.

Kathryn Garcia is the Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She oversees daily operations, manages a multibillion-dollar budget, and implements the board's policies for major regional infrastructure, including airports, bridges, tunnels, seaports, and the PATH rail system. The agency generates $163.7 billion in annual business income and supports nearly 580,000 jobs across the region. 

Garcia previously served as director of state operations and infrastructure for New York Gov. Kathy Hochul. In that role she oversaw the daily operations of over 70 state agencies and authorities, including the MTA and Port Authority, and was responsible for the state’s readiness and response to natural and human-caused emergencies and disasters. She has nearly two decades of government experience.

Program Speaker: Joe Stetson, Red Bull New York & Sports Illustrated Stadium

Chief Commercial Officer, Sr. Sports and Entertainment Executive

Red Bull New York is Hudson County's professional men's soccer team. Mr. Stetson will discuss the broader growth of soccer in our county and region, the evolution of the Red Bulls in Hudson County, and the significance of FIFA World Cup 26^TM and its cultural and economic impact.

Joe Stetson is a senior sports and entertainment executive with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue growth, brand transformation, and partnership strategy across major sports properties. As Chief Commercial Officer of Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium, he oversees sponsorship, ticketing, premium hospitality, and youth programs, leading integrated commercial strategy across the organization. Over the past year, his team secured naming-rights partnerships for both the stadium and training center while advancing multi-year fan experience innovations.

Prior to joining Red Bull New York, Stetson held leadership roles with premier sports properties including Madison Square Garden, the Brooklyn Nets, and Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment. Throughout his career, he has helped shape pivotal moments in modern sports - delivering record revenue growth, industry-leading campaigns, and league-recognized fan engagement platforms.
