You will be guided through a structured activation process to close out the past year, release what no longer fits, and set clear direction for the year ahead. The experience brings together guided reflection and facilitated conversation in a calm, intentional environment with local professionals. The focus is clarity, self-trust, and sound decision-making. Light food and non-alcoholic beverages are included. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the experience. About the Facilitator This experience is guided by Tina Salmon of Coachanizer Consulting, a licensed psychotherapist and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience partnering with professionals and organizations to drive sustainable personal and professional growth. Venue This experience is hosted at GP’s Restaurant, a family-owned Hudson County restaurant serving as a gathering place for local families for over 40 years.
