One of the region’s most well attended leadership gathering is convening once again on June 4th, 2026. The Jersey City Summit for Real Estate, Economic Development &Innovation is hosting it’s 11th special anniversary leadership gathering. Taking place again at Harborside on the waterfront with venue partner, The 601W Companies. Harborside is well into a generational transformation with plans well underway to make it the epicenter of the Hudson waterfront and one of the region’s leading live-learn-work-play neighborhoods.

Organizers expect over 1,250 regional investment, real estate & placemaking leaders to attend the annual leadership conference. The summit has grown into a must-attend homecoming for top investment, development & related real estate firms. It is expected to sell out again this year.

The summit will be at Harborside 1 – taking over the entire 4th Floor overlooking the Manhattan Skyline. The day-long summit will bring together regional owners, operators & advisors to share thought-leadership across the panel discussions and network with other leading principals all aligned with and for Jersey City and Tri-State growth.
